Orders and payment
How can I pay?
Checkout currently accepts PayPal, including paying by card through PayPal. We will add more payment options soon.
Are prices in pounds?
Yes, all prices are in GBP. SairaHub is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added, and UK delivery is free.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@sairahub.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we will change or cancel it; if it has, you can return it under our returns policy.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days from UK stock, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days after that. See delivery information.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Sizing and fit
How do I choose my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips, add 5–10 cm of ease, and compare with the garment measurements on the listing. The size guide walks you through it.
Can you check the size for me?
Yes, free. Email your measurements, height and the outfit link and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit before we dispatch it.
What does unstitched mean?
An unstitched suit is a set of fabric pieces for a tailor to make up. Read types of Pakistani dresses for more.
Authenticity and returns
Are your outfits original?
Yes. We sell authorised originals only, with the brand and article number on every listing. See our authenticity promise.
Can I return an outfit?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back unworn with its tags within the next 14 days. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.
How do I care for embroidered outfits?
Follow the care instructions on the listing. As a rule, dry clean heavily embroidered, organza and velvet pieces, and hand wash lawn and cotton separately in cool water.
