Delivery Information
UK delivery is free on every order. We dispatch from our UK stock within 1–2 working days, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched from the next working day. Some remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, can take a little longer.
International delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Ordering for an event
For a wedding or Eid, allow at least a week from ordering to the date you need the outfit, and longer if it needs alterations. If you are ordering an unstitched suit, remember to leave time for your tailor.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email contact@sairahub.com with your order number and we will chase it with Royal Mail. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged or wrong item
If your outfit arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with photos within 14 days of receiving it. We will cover the return postage; see returns and refunds. Questions about payment are answered in our FAQ.
