Who we are

SairaHub is a trading name of Saira Noor, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for your personal data. Contact: contact@sairahub.com.

What we collect

Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
Payment: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your full card details.
Messages: anything you send us by email, such as size-check measurements or return requests.
Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to run and secure the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To take, deliver and support your order (performance of a contract).
To keep business and tax records, as required by law (legal obligation).
To answer your questions and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: PayPal (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), our website hosting provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as UK tax law requires, usually six years. Size-check emails and return correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with your order and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
